We collect personal information when you manually submit it through Quote Requests, Contact Forms, and Newsletter Sign-ups.

The data we collect includes your Name, Email Address, Phone Number. and Payment Details (for money transfer options like Whish Money and OMT).

We do not collect data automatically through cookies or tracking tools.

 

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Better identify requests and communicate with you
• Process service requests and payments
• Improve customer experience and track recurring clients
• Send newsletters (if you opt-in)

We do not share your information with third parties under any circumstances.

 

3. Confidentiality of Documents

As a writing and translation service, we sometimes handle confidential and sensitive documents. These documents will:

• Only be shared with the designated writer or translator
• Never be disclosed to any third party unless requested by the client

For security purposes, all completed documents will have a branded watermark until payment is made. We provide a locked, watermarked version for review, and once payment is received, we send the final document without restrictions. For some projects, the client will be asked to transfer 50% of the payment upfront. The other 50% shall be transferred by the client after the project is completed.

 

4. Data Retention & Deletion

We retain client information to maintain records of past projects and facilitate smoother future interactions. However, if a client requests deletion of their data and provides a valid reason, we will honor the request.
